It lasted for about fifteen minutes as it completed. I waited a short time to try it because I
wanted to be sure it was me activating it separately from the attunement. I felt the energy start
up more quickly than usual with a stronger flow than normal. I directed the energy toward places
I often have pain such as my knees, lower back, neck, and sinuses. The response was faster than
usual. Then I used the Reiki when I sat to meditate to help deepen the relaxation and increase
the focus on my object. It was very clear that God Reiki has helped to improve the quality of my
Reiki and my ability to access it. It was 1998 when I first started using Reiki, so by now not much
tends to make a difference. My expectations have been exceeded.
